ERR.Nak satu?
Do you struggle for hours to get to sleep, no matter how tired you are? Or do you wake up in the middle of the night and lie awake for hours, anxiously watching the clock?OK.I DID..ARGHH ITS NOW ALREADY 3.39 AM BUT WHY STILL CANNOT SLEEP??GRRRR.Yesterday i used to sleep about one and a half hour only,then woke up early and prepared for class.Today also got the same problem.Padahal kejap lagi ada class pagi.
I've read some article about insomnia.The article said
napping during the day can make it more difficult to sleep at night. If you feel like you have to take a nap, limit it to 30 minutes before 3 p.m.HAHA. [maybe this is the reason why lar...Aya.]
